How it works

How does a membership work?

We offer two different Memberships: Standard (8 new and gently worn items for $50/month) and Premium (8 new items for $75/month). Once you have decided which membership is best for you, you can choose which Wardrobe styles you would prefer including size, gender, and delivery preferences.

We will then curate and deliver your first delivery.

After a month, we ask you to return the items you wish to switch. If there are any items you love, you can keep these for longer! You will receive a pre-paid shipping bag to return the clothes so it couldn’t be easier!

Your next delivery will arrive after we receive your first returned package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit and credit card payments.

I have a special event coming up, can you help?

Of course! Let us know what the occasion is during the order process and we will make sure you have something perfect for your event!

Can I send in my own clothes?

Yes! You can request a bag to fill with your gently worn clothes that fall within the guidelines.

Based on what we are able to cycle into the Care-o-Sell inventory, we will credit you towards your future subscriptions.

I'd love to share photos of our outfits! Where can I send them?

Tag us in your photos using the hashtag #careosellkids so we can see how you’ve styled each outfit!

Delivery & Returns

How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

You can expect to receive your delivery in 1-2 weeks.

Do I have to return everything each month?

You only need to return the items you would like to change out, feel free to continue renting your favorites as long as you’d like!

If you decide to keep any items, you will receive the amount of items that you returned in your previous month. For example, if you decide to keep 2 out of 8 items, you will receive 6 items in your next delivery.

Quality & Care

What happens if my child spills something or we stain the clothes?

Life happens! We are moms too, we got you! We understand that kids will be kids so normal wear and tear, dirt and small repairable damage is covered (ie. broken button, zippers, small tears). If the item is beyond repair, it will be billed based on value.

Do I have to wash everything before I return it?

Nope! Please return the items as they are and we will take care of the cleaning process.

What do you do with damaged clothes?

Our goal is to extend the life of clothes for as long as possible, so we work to repair any damages and remove stains wherever we can.
